Since 2012, John Vawter has served as a principal at Capstone Collegiate Communities, LLC, in Birmingham, Alabama, where he oversees the company's development activities. At Capstone, John Vawter helped with the construction and donation of 10 cottages to the Lakeshore Foundation.
